Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in all coaching services, workshops, and training sessions operated by The Volleyball Project.
By purchasing a ticket, booking a session, or attending a training, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Volleyball Project provides structured volleyball coaching services for a fixed advertised price. These services are instructional and developmental in nature. Participation does not guarantee specific performance outcomes.
Eligibility & Prerequisite Requirements
Certain sessions require completion of prerequisite trainings or workshops. These requirements exist to ensure appropriate skill progression, safety, and session quality.
If a participant books a session but has not completed the required prerequisites, they will not be permitted to attend. In this circumstance, a full refund will be issued.

Attendance Policy

Participants are expected to attend all sessions they book.
Refunds will not be provided for:
• Failure to attend
• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Late cancellations
• Inability to attend due to personal circumstances
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another participant provided that:
• The receiving participant has completed all required prerequisite trainings
• The transfer occurs before the session start time
Responsibility for verifying eligibility rests with the original ticket holder.
Health & Physical Responsibility
Participants confirm they are physically fit to engage in volleyball training and physical activity.
Each participant:
• Attends at their own risk
• Accepts responsibility for their personal health and physical condition
• Agrees to seek medical advice prior to participation if uncertain
The Volleyball Project is not liable for injuries sustained during participation except where required by law.
Equipment Responsibility
Participants must treat all training equipment and facilities with care.
Participants are financially responsible for damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or intentional damage to equipment or facilities.
Insurance Coverage
All registered participants attending training sessions are covered under Volleyball ACT’s insurance policy.
Service Changes
The Volleyball Project reserves the right to:
• Modify training content
• Adjust session structure
• Reschedule sessions if required
• Substitute coaches where necessary
