The Volleyball Project maintains a strict booking and attendance policy to ensure fairness and session viability.
Full Refund Eligibility
A full refund will be issued if a participant is unable to attend due to unmet prerequisite training requirements.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for:
• Non-attendance
• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Late cancellations
• Personal inability to attend
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another eligible participant who has completed prerequisite training requirements.
